All orders take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. We hope you love your new Top America products just as much as we loved creating them for you. Ultimately the decision on size, style and to purchase is up to you as a customer. We understand, however, that sometimes things don’t as planned. When this happens, here is our commitment to you.

If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want your item, please return it to us with 14 days of purchase for store credit equal to the value paid for the item(s).

It is important that the item(s) are returned in the original condition. If the item(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault a store credit may be issued. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges to clearly state that the item(s) were purchased from topamericausa.com.

We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method. Top America USA will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit.

Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed.

Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

When you check out, you’ll have the option to pay with either Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

We cannot split payments between credit cards.
